4. The casing or conduit pipe may be installed under the road embankment either by boring or digging a trench. The preferred method for installation is by boring.
5. When the work is executed, care must be taken to ensure that other utilities are not damaged or disturbed.
6. Before commencing work, the applicant must notify the concessionaire of the work programmed in advance.
