This pertains to the subject matter previously mentioned. We reviewed the Concessionaire’s signage plan for the project highway from km. 0+000 to km. 60+000 BHS, adhering to the IRC 67 Code of Practice for road signs and other relevant IRC codes.

The concessionaire’s representative and an independent engineer jointly inspected the site. We have evaluated the signage requirements on the project highway, ranging from km. 0+000 to km. 60.000 BHS, taking into account the current site safety standards to satisfy the needs of the road users.

Consequently, Annexure-A contains the final traffic signage list for the project highway. The same has to be followed on site for the implementation of traffic signage.

Also, a separate drawing showing the details of road marking for junctions and bridge approaches as per IRC 35 (2015) Code of Practice for road markings for the project highway is for your review and approval.

Please refer to the submission described in the reference above. The submission pertains to the road markings for the project highway section, which spans from km. 0+000 to km. 60+000, and includes both junctions and bridge approaches. The submission was looked into and found to be in order according to the IRC 35 Code of Practice for road markings.

Project Highway is receiving the construction materials for implementation.

The requirements in the above documents are not exhaustive and may be modeled or remodeled with additions as the requirements evolve further.

The as-built workouts shall be marked for independent engineers and authorities, as per agreement requirements.
