Dear Sir, In spite of our strong objections for the methods applied in WMM constructions in some part of the Project Highway, you are continuing the same procedures. Following are the points: During our teams recent visits, we have found, that as usual the earthen shoulder being constructed only after the completion of 2nd layer of WMM works at number of places. Which mean you are constructing an earth work with a thickness of 250 mm. Which violates the provision of MORT&H vide clause 305.3.5.1, and without any lateral support, WMM are being compacted So, once again we are instructing to stop the faulty practices with immediate effect. Dear Sir, At km.45+150 service road the carriageway features are built not to the standards. Here earthen shoulder is yet to be constructed.
